WATERSIDE WANDERINGS A lovely leisurely wander along three waterways, the Wey, the Blackwater and the Basingstoke Canal. We will see some historic buildings, appreciate some nature and traverse a green corridor through Aldershot. This will be a leisurely walk, suitable for all the family. Return by train from Ash Vale. An easy starter to a long day
INDUSTRIAL FARNHAM A walk around the town centre exploring the remnants of Farnham's old industries. Hops, corsets, twine and mineral waters are just a few of those, but we'll also look at defence, transport and entertainment.
A NIGHT WALK TO CRONDALL The climax of the challenge. Join us for AN ADVENTURE! An exciting new walk for the Festival. We will be walking from Farnham to Crondall over small roads and footpaths AT NIGHT. Please make sure you have suitable footwear, a snack and a torch with spare batteries. There will be a chance to visit the Plume of Feathers for 'last orders' if your boots aren't too muddy. Cows look like bushes at nights and what lurks in the graveyard at All Saints?
