A lovely new walk . This walk starts at Guildford and heads along the Wey Navigation "up and over" the top into the Basingstoke Canal and ending at West Byfleet. The walk is a little longer than our usual, but it is completely level. We will take it at a reasonable pace, with plenty of rest breaks, including at least one coffee break, lunch break and an afternoon tea stop (BYO refreshments!).
NOTE 1 THIS IS A LINEAR WALK. WE ARE FINISHING AT WEST BYFLEET AND NOT RETURNING TO GUILDFORD. I will send out suggested train details to anyone booking. There are ways of getting the best ticket prices.
